Andrew Adegbamigbe | BSA | Indianapolis, Indiana

Andrew Adegbamigbe is an Architectural designer with BSA LifeStructures. After earning his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Ball State in 2009, Andrew began his professional career interning at MSKTD and Associates in Indianapolis. He would later complete his Master of Architecture at Illinois Institute of Technology in 2013 before returning to Indianapolis to continue his professional career. Over the course of 8 years he went on to gain experience in various markets within architecture including healthcare, higher education, commercial, religious, and research facilities. Throughout this time, Andrew has been involved in various community programs both related and unrelated to architecture. Some of these include the ACE mentor program, Boy scouts of America Explorers, Indianapolis Arts Council, as well as the Mindtrust Youth Music Exchange. With a passion for servant leadership and community involvement, Andrew working to develop his career in a manner that serves his clients, colleagues and community.

Nate Alderfer | arcDESIGN | Indianapolis, Indiana

For the last 7 years I have been an architect at arcDESIGN mainly focusing on healthcare related projects. In the past I have worked at a wide variety of firms since first working in an architect’s office in high school. Most of that experience has been in healthcare design. I consider myself a fairly practical designer and really enjoy the technical complexities of healthcare design.

Colby Cline | Flaherty & Collins Properties | Indianapolis, Indiana

Colby Cline is an Urban Designer dedicated to creating dynamic places for people to thrive. With work experiences in architectural and planning offices in the public and private sectors, Colby has had the opportunity to see the design and development approach through many lenses, understanding what it takes to transform great ideas into great places. His expertise includes site analysis & development, master planning, TOD, and mixed-use development, with a heavy focus on New Urbanist principles. Colby holds degrees in both architecture and urban design, and he currently works as a Design Associate with Flaherty & Collins Properties.

Asia Coffee | Schmidt Associates | Indianapolis, Indiana

I’m Asia Coffee, registered interior designer at Schmidt Associates and Indianapolis native. I graduated from IUPUI’s Purdue School of Engineering and Technology in 2009. With knowledge gained during my time as an integral design team member at A2SO4 Architecture and Remenschneider Design, I received my NCIDQ certificate in 2014. In 2016, I joined Schmidt Associates, where I continue to learn and excel while exemplifying the core value of Servant Leadership. By serving on the IIDA Indiana Board for 5 years and being a current and active IUPUI Interior Design Advisory Board member, I give back to the local design community. I’m a life-long learner with a positive attitude and a keen eye for design!

Annie Hollibaugh | Ratio | Indianapolis, Indiana

Annie brings experience in the corporate, higher education and civic markets. Annie’s methodical thought process and collaborative nature allow her to excel in every phase of a project, from programming and conceptual design to construction administration. Annie believes healthy, quality spaces foster connectivity and enhance awareness to one’s individual self, other humans and the environment. Her inquisitive nature drives her to ask questions and gather information to better inform herself on the project and troubleshoot design obstacles. Annie is keen on designing for the physical environment, believing that by looking at the lifecycle cost of each decision, we can consider the broader implications and impacts we leave behind.

Tyler Huettig | RQAW | Indianapolis, Indiana

Tyler is an architectural graduate who joins each project team with positivity and motivation. His experience involves assisted living, student living, commercial design, and K-12 schools. He was involved in everything from preliminary meetings, design, construction documents, and bidding for a 200-bedroom student housing project at Vincennes University. When being assigned to a project team, Tyler offers a fresh eye and focuses on details ensure high customer satisfaction. Tyler’s experience with LEED, strength in programs such as Revit, Rhino, and Lumion, and natural leadership make him a great addition to any team.

Jenner Lillibridge | arcDESIGN | Indianapolis, Indiana

As an associate with the firm, Jenner’s expertise in healthcare design dovetails with her
responsibilities for business and employee development. Her in-depth work on healthcare spaces— including more than 125 projects over six years for one client alone—gives Jenner insight into the complexities of these applications, and the need for arcDESIGN’s multi-level approach. In addition to her work in project management and business development, Jenner helped the firm translate its collaborative, multi-level culture into a purposeful mentorship program. By pairing experienced architects and designers with graduates and interns on actual projects, arcDESIGN matches new ideas with established expertise for more successful outcomes.

Andrew Livingston | Kudela-Weinheimer | Indianapolis, Indiana

With a background in landscape design, sales and installation Andrew brings a unique perspective into the design process with a keen eye to details and customer service. His passion for landscape architecture and the outdoors allows him to provide a unique aesthetic to each project. He collaborates with our clients to create functional outdoor living spaces that flourish and enhance the outdoor experience. His project experience ranges from campus master plans, universities, municipal projects (parks and streetscapes), greenroofs, single family developments and high-end residential design.

Esop McNair | Meticulous Design | Indianapolis, Indiana

Esop McNair is an emerging Architectural Project Associate with Meticulous Design + Architecture, and over fifteen years of professional architectural and construction administration experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Technology, Architecture and Environmental Design from Bowling Green State University and a Master of Architecture degree from the Boston Architectural College. Currently, through the R. Wayne Estopinal College of Architecture and Planning; he teaches graduate level students in the Master of Urban Design program at Ball State University and has also instructed interior design students, at the Art Institute of Indianapolis, as well. He has assisted and generated award-winning designs through Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology throughout the Midwest. His major strengths are his ability to visualize design concepts and produce stunning design solutions to clients, within budget, and with on-time delivery. He has managed projects of varying complexity and size and specializes in designing new buildings, restoring, and preserving historic buildings, while also developing ways of re-using existing architecture. His experience spans Multi-Family Housing & Hotels, Urban Design, Education – K-1 through Higher Education, University Science & Research Centers, Church & Seminary Centers, Corporate, University Sports & Recreation Centers, Federal, Office Retail, Civic – Community Centers, University Libraries, Transportation, and Industrial/Municipal.

Ryan Mills | Synthesis Incorporated | Indianapolis, Indiana

After ten years with Synthesis, Ryan has lead and contributed to a wide range of projects that have come through the studio. Within the last 5 years, he has served as the project manager and project architect on 25+ higher education projects with a focus in renovations and research environments. Other project experience includes building condition assessments, building code compliance reviews, and water treatment facilities. Recent master planning projects include architect for the Lawrence Trades District Master Development Plan and contributing designer for the IAA Terminal Optimization project. With a background in diverse project types, Ryan has a wide range of experiences to leverage for solving architectural problems.

Jared Monce | Design Collaborative | Fort Wayne, Indiana

Jared Monce is an architect who enjoys collaborating with communities, businesses, and individuals to transform their goals and visions into creative, physical spaces. His project types range in size from 3,000 square foot Credit Union branches to 80,000 square foot business headquarters. Jared’s unmatched passion for his work drives his designs to always be well crafted with every detail laid out. After graduating from Ball State University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science, Jared attended Taubman College of Architecture at the University of Michigan where he graduated in 2018 with a Master of Architecture. Jared returned to Indiana shortly after graduation to begin his career at Design Collaborative where he received his professional license in 2020. He finds the biggest reward in architecture is the important opportunity to positively impact people’s environment in which they live each day.

Christopher Padgett | RQAW | Indianapolis, Indiana

My name is Christopher Padgett and I am a Project Architect at RQAW. In May of 2016, I graduated from Ball State University with a Master in Architecture degree. I enrolled into the Option 2 graduate program that caters to students who do not have an undergraduate degree in architecture. Previously, I received my Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University in Building Construction Management in May of 2008. I worked for roughly five years in the construction industry holding various positions before going back to school for a career change. For the last few years, I have worked at a few different architecture firms gaining valuable experience and progressing through the NCARB licensure program. Finally, last year, I completed all my experience hours, passed all of the ARE exams and obtained a license as a professional architect. Having a dual background in both construction management and architecture has proven to be highly beneficial in providing me a unique set of work experiences and technical skills.

Bob Ross | Schmidt Associates | Indianapolis, Indiana

As a kid, Bob thought he might make a good engineer since he enjoyed working in the barn, fixing things around the house, and building his own playground and toys. Fast forward several years, and now Bob is a Civil Engineering Graduate who says the best part of the job is hearing how his design helped a community.

Anuya Sant | M.D. Architects | Indianapolis, Indiana

Anuya Sant is a Design Architect with MD Architects, working on projects requiring technical expertise and higher level of coordination between different trades & stakeholders. She is a licensed architect from India with a specialization in historic preservation and is currently pursuing her licensure in the United States via NCARB. Anuya has also been involved with the brand marketing and business development efforts for MD Architects to help reach out to potential clients.

Alan Ulrich | American Structurepoint | Indianapolis, Indiana

Alan has an emphasis in Higher Education architecture, sustainable design, and materiality, and is currently pursuing architectural registration. He is a creative and thoughtful designer with a proven ability to lead and oversee all project phases from conceptualization to installation, including exceptional collaboration, graphic design, and presentation skills. Alan prides himself in taking an empathetic design approach, assisting clients in realizing their project goals and aspirations, and maintaining lasting client relationships. He hopes to contribute his strong work ethic, dedication to quality, and collaborative design approach to the CKLDP.
